If the product arrives in a different size, model or color than the one you ordered, or if there is a manufacturing defect that has been overlooked, you can contact our customer service at info@munudesign.com to make an exchange. There is no return/exchange for custom-sized and manufactured products.
All products sold on the MUNU DESIGN SITE are invoiced and under product quality assurance. All critical information on our site is carried with 128-bit encryption algorithm and is not recorded. Therefore, it is not possible for unwanted people to see the data while it is being sent and after it is sent. Similarly, the credit card payment infrastructure is completely secure and your card information is not recorded. We undertake that any personal information you provide in any section of our site will not be shared with third parties, rented, sold or misused in any way except for legal obligations.
